The Year 1 team celebrated the Health week on 10th November 2019. We focused on healthy eating and physical activity thereby celebrating healthy living. Children were encouraged to eat healthy and nutritious food. They enjoyed exercising outdoor which was in line with Dubai fitness challenge 30*30. The children learned that healthy eating habits and exercise at a young age can reap benefits of a lifetime. They came up with different ways of staying healthy. Few exemplars were washing hands before and after eating food also after using the washrooms etc.
